Great when you order late and have nothing to eat; they are scammers. Those people who gave 3+ stars here are most likely the employees and/or teenagers themselves.
Way too expensive for 2 chicken noodle soups at 50 euros.
The food took 2 minutes to arrive, and the noodles were cooked too long.
They were already prepared in advance.
Can't even have a decent conversation on the phone😂 Me: Do you guys deliver too? Him: No. Me: Aa okay, can I then.. Him: Hangs up in my face. And so such rude people with zero manners run a business...
I always order a pizza margherita here, but after they have to weigh the cheese, the cheese you get is pathetic. The pizza is just NOT tasty this way... such a shame! Skimping on cheese... it really doesn't get more Dutch than that.. this isn't how the pizza is promoted online either.
I ordered a burger and there was a black hair in it (I'm blond) then I called a day later and they asked me if I had a picture of the hair, which I didn't have because I had thrown the food away. Then the gentleman offered me a new burger but he guaranteed that my food would arrive cold "because I live too far away" in the end they never came💀
What a lousy experience. I stood waiting at the checkout for over 10 minutes without anyone even bothering to ask if I wanted to be helped. Eventually, a staff member made the remark: "Do you want to order?" No, I stand at the checkout for 10 minutes just for fun. Man, oh man... what a level.
The staff's attitude was uninterested, and customer friendliness seems completely unknown here. Then you get home and it turns out the fries were ruined by an absurd amount of salt. Literally more salt than fries. It was inedible. Given the goings-on at the counter, I got the strong impression that this was no coincidence. The lady behind the counter knows damn well what she did. Well done, indeed. Be proud of it, by all means. With an attitude like that, you’ll surely go a long way.
Result: food thrown away, kids severely disappointed, and having to order food again from another place, of course.
If this is the standard regarding service and quality, then I don't understand how people keep coming back here. For us, in any case, never again.
Food was extremely cold when it arrived, and I haven't even mentioned how disgusting it was. They gave me the wrong thing, which is why I called the company. I got a response saying "sort it out at thuisbezorgd" Antisocial, bad, cold, in short I'd rather get ebola than order from here again.
Last Wednesday I ordered two pizzas and had to cancel them because they were over an hour late for delivery.
Today I tried pizza again, and guess what… again, way, way too late. Still waiting… 45 minutes later.
I understand it being unexpectedly busy, but twice a week is the limit of my patience.
I hope the pizza is extra delicious.
I have to say the service was good, but there was one employee who really stood out to me. She was a somewhat plump girl, and she was picking her ear. I find that highly inappropriate, especially when you're preparing food for customers. Damn it... As an official of the Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority, I want to make it clear that this is absolutely unacceptable. I was eating with an unpleasant feeling!!! This should definitely be looked into more. I also found two younger employees: one with blond curls who was called "Linders" by colleagues, and another who was called "Teun." I would appreciate it if every other colleague in this cafeteria worked like these guys. So, I'd like to extend my compliments to them!
Worthless, ordered at 11am, was supposed to be delivered at 11:45am. Tried calling at 12:30, no one answers. Still nothing at 1:00 PM. 4 hours later, still no contact, they just marked it as delivered. (Not the case.) Do not order here.
