(Almost imperceptible amount of cheese or lack of sauce) I ordered several times, as I have good feelings with Dominos pizzeria, I know it from another country (I was an employee of Dominos pizzeria, a pizzaiola). But here the quality was a little disappointing. There was also a situation when I ordered 2 large pizzas, but unfortunately I received 1 large and 1 medium. Since the boxes were the same size, I didn't immediately notice the difference, but when I opened it, I was a little upset. I understand that there is a human factor. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. Which is very gratifying.

What a disaster at Grillroom Exodus in Dordrecht. It was absolutely terrible and a waste of money. The food arrived over an hour late, and everything was cold: fries, meat, and pita bread—completely inedible. I clearly indicated I wanted gyros instead of lamb shawarma, but nothing was done about it. The extra peanut sauce I ordered was never delivered either. No explanation, no apology, nothing at all. The delivery driver stood grumpily at the door and acted like it was all normal. I can choose normal options on other websites, but on their own website, I don't even have the same options. That's it for me: bad food, bad organization, bad service. Absolutely never again.

I ordered for the first time yesterday, and I don't understand the reviews at all. It was really delicious (beyond expectations), and the staff on the phone were friendly! I thoroughly enjoyed it with the family, thank you so much, and keep up the good work!

Sorry to say, but this was a real disappointment. First, they forgot the bottle of cola. Second, there was lettuce fried on the pita cheese; that's not right and it's not tasty. Third, the kapsalon: in my opinion, the lettuce (with onion, tomato, and cucumber) should be fresh and crispy and should be placed on the cheese after frying. Here, everything (except perhaps the lettuce) was covered in cheese or fried and limp. The frikandel and kipkorn were good, but due to the sloppy delivery and the strange preparation of the main courses, I still get one star.

I ordered a pizza and ice cream through home delivery at 10:15. As soon as we placed the order, I was immediately called because we were "out" of cheese. So I told them that was fine and that I'd call them back in a moment to see what I wanted. So I called back and was told they were out of ice cream too. This is just plain rude to take an order 15 minutes before closing. The guy at the counter was also not very customer-friendly; he hung up on me and asked if I could ask him anything about my money.

Ordered pizza online. Called to ask if they could only put very little cheese on it. Then the pizza was dripping with cheese. I called Nobelstraat Utrecht, and they refused to bring a new pizza and hung up on me. I'm officially filing a complaint with the head office tomorrow. The fact that they're busy isn't my problem.
