De beste restaurants in Amsterdam

We were helped very kindly by Fatima! She let us taste a flavor and explained everything when we had a question! 🙌 The ice cream and macarons were very tasty. We will definitely be back!

Lovely place with lovely staff. The food was delicious and honestly not expensive at all. 100% recomend.

The triple burger was excellent.

The ramen was great, very warm and friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere to enjoy your food in. Note that ramen is either vegetarian, vegan or chicken based, so no beef or pork. The chicken stew base however is the best you'll ever have!

Good food, terrible service. The bill included a cover charge we didn't order, and they wouldn't split the bill between two cards (we were two couples).

The buckwheat galette are too dry and too well done. Does not compare to the french one. So I do not recommend the buckwheat galette here, way too dry.

I have been frequenting Irish pubs in Amsterdam, abroad, and even in Dublin for years, so I know what a good Guinness is supposed to taste like. Unfortunately, my experience at Café de Krater was truly disappointing. The Guinness served here was extremely weak and watery, like drinking water with a slight Guinness flavor. What makes it even more unfortunate is that this pub is located right next to the University of Amsterdam and likely serves many students who might not know what a real Guinness is supposed to taste like. For the price you pay, you expect at least a well-poured stout, but this was nothing like it. If you love a real Guinness, I would skip this place.

Overpriced place, imho. Absolutely overestimated and very specific (for very specific audience). No food. Expensive beer. However, very crowded for unknown reason.

Tasty craft beers and snacks. Nice staff and people at the bar!

I arrived to the place and was immediately seated. There’s a bunch of pizzas to choose from, but the one that caught my eye was the Diavola. I asked the staff member if it’s good and he confirmed that it’s his favorite pizza so I went with that. The pizza arrived really quickly and I was pleasantly shocked to see that the pizza is so big it hangs off of the sides of the plate. The spiciness on the pizza mainly comes from the chili olive oil that’s on the pizza. The pizza is pretty thin so don’t expect to be able to eat it with your hands. The atmosphere was pleasant although I would’ve preferred if music was more Italian classic-based and if they chose a different spot for where they leave the plates after they clean up a table (not in plain sight) All in all, awesome pizza. Thanks to the shift manager for the recommendation.

Your Bud delivery drivers are blocking the entire canal with aplomb. Arrange for them to park that truck on the bridge. An extra 10 meters, but then no traffic jam of oversteering cars.
