Yesterday we ordered 2 medium pizzas & a chocolate shake. After waiting well over the time for the delivery I rang the store, as although the delivery note had been saying out for delivery we’d not received them. The guy on the phone said the pizzas were still with him, he was short staffed only one guy on delivery on a Friday evening. Shortly after the pizzas arrived by a pleasant enough young guy.
They were flat cold, looked dried up & unappetising as well as one of the pizzas lacked ingredients that are imperative to its name…a Hawaiian with no pineapple!!! So disappointing! After waiting ages rubbish pizza to boot!
Wouldn’t recommend under any circumstances to anybody. Dominoes is my favourite brand of pizza I’ve had them in numerous countries & this was the worst! I’d like my money back!!!
Since posting this review this morning I see I have received an answer to my review to Dominoes directly yesterday evening. Their customer service person called Renee has reached out to rectify the issue. For this I am extremely grateful and happy to see that they read and take the reviews they receive seriously. It still does not alter my review or our sentiments on the poor product received but we appreciate their prompt response to try sort out the problem…thank you Dominoes NL my faith in you is somewhat restored, let’s see how we go on.
If I order through Thuisbezorgd and clearly state in the order confirmation that I don't want salad, and they still put salad on it, I'll call. They calmly tell me the problem is Thuisbezorgd's, not theirs, and that it's my problem. It's a complete scandal. That's no way to treat customers.
Horrible !! We wanted coffee .. the server decided to order drip coffee on our behalf without asking us and when we actually ordered an espresso and an Americano he got upset and said we cannot change order . And then proceeded to raise his voice and yell loudly . The manager looked clueless and had no idea how to tackle his employee when we complained.
Just avoid this place and make sure you never get served by this particular server .
The food is always delivered 30 minutes late. The butter chicken is way too sweet, but the white rice is good. And the biryani is way too spicy, so spicy that it gave us stomach aches. The portions are reasonable for the price, though. It would be better if the food were packed in cardboard containers, because both times I ordered, my food arrived in white plastic containers, which were half-melted, and you could taste it. The taste wasn't exactly pleasant :(
It's very cold inside because of the automatic sliding doors. There are bar stools, but it's really not comfortable. My container was only 60% full, the farfalle wasn't cooked, and I had to pay extra for cheese. Pretty sad for an international station. It's only because there's nothing better about the station that I still come here.
I've been there twice, and the staff's attitude was very bad and cold. The customer came to order with a clear intention, but the waiter was obviously free but still went to do other things and made the customer wait. It felt very rude and unkind. She should learn how to respect people first.
The owner of the bar is such a nice older man. A real sweetheart. I've saved his bar's contact information and I'll definitely be back. He loves his bar and it shows. He has a great sense of humor and is very lovable.
The staff are terrible at dealing with customers. I ordered a meal and they didn't even bother to help me. They acted like I wasn't even in the restaurant.
