Evening at the Ziggo Dome. My friend and I thought it would be a good start at McDonald's. We waited at least an hour for the wrong order. When we went back to say we'd gotten the wrong one, it took ages to get the right one. Everything was dirty, and the staff took ages to give us everything and weren't friendly. The trash cans were overflowing; there wasn't enough staff for this McDonald's.

My husband ordered us two menus, they forgot his burger. Seems to be a recurring issue since basically all reviews talk about how their orders were incomplete. However the other thing that made me so disgusted was that there were about 3 pigeons just flying and walking around in the location. That's a public health hazard for sure because they were hanging out on the beams and pooping as well. I'll never come here ever again because it's dirty. I can't imagine what the kitchen might look like. There's another KFC close by that's cleaner, we go there now.

Buy frise with chesse - charge me for 9 - Gave me cold frise whith chesse not melt - when i asked why cold and chese like that he say thats like that - ask for refund he. Say trow away and fefund me 7 ... take 2 euro ... fellt not good abou that as a turrets

I've been here a few times now, and the service is truly excellent! Even though I arrived an hour before closing time, they still helped me. My mom loved the döner box! Thank you so much for the customer service! :)

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! i waited 1hour for the food and in the end i call them multiple times and they were answering and placing the phone on hold. Then they cancel the order!!! Incredible! After 1 hour waiting

From November 13th to November 23rd, every second pizza is free. Today (November 15th), I ordered two pizzas at Domino's Amsterdam Noord: an Italian pizza "Funghi" and an Italian pepperoni party. Given the promotion, the "Funghi" pizza should be free, as it's the cheapest. At checkout, the employee (named Jeffrey) told me I had to pay €32.48. I asked him why the "2nd pizza free" promotion wasn't valid. He said it was only valid on Wednesdays and Sundays. I paid by debit card. When we showed the promotion flyer in the store that it was valid every day during this period, the employee said that different rules apply to the Amsterdam Noord location and that this promotion doesn't apply there. I then placed the same order through the Domino's website, and it turned out the "2nd pizza free" promotion was valid, including in Noord. I showed this to the employee. He pretended to be surprised and said I could get a refund or an extra pizza. I asked for my money back. I assumed I'd have to swipe my card at the ATM again so the money would be refunded immediately, as is the case at all other stores. Then the employee said he'd transfer my money from his own account. I had to leave my name, bank account number, and phone number in his personal phone notes. The employee said he'd text me when the money was transferred. When I left my information, I felt like I was being ripped off. I still asked for an extra pizza instead of the money that would probably never be refunded anyway. We ended up going home with two mushrooms and two pepperoni. Once I got home, I looked at the receipt: the price was €27.98, not the €32.48 I'd already withdrawn! I paid more than the receipt stated. In short: THESE ARE SCAMMERS! I'm never coming back here!

I ordered a pizza delivery and they just didn't do it. They called me to ask to cancel the order - which I could not - promised to cancel the order themselves and then just didn't. The order is still active, the pizza is nowhere to be seen and I will have to apply effort to at least get my money back - not to mention the fact that I'm in a stressful and uncertain situation. I will never know if the pizza is actually any good because I will never order here again.

Potatoes are delicious with beer :)

Inedible, I'm already feeling nauseous. It takes ages to get your food. Spareribs are hard to separate. Want a refund? You can't even take a bite. Aggressive staff. If you want to throw your money away, order here.

First time visit. Walk-in at 23:30 after a 5 hour drive. Ordered a simple Perfect Pepero Dubble Cheese. Best tasty pizza ever. Will come back now I know where to go.

You ask for extra hot cappuccino and you get lukewarm...it was not drinkable either
