De beste restaurants in Amsterdam

I have been coming here for over 10 years and unfortunately, I notice that friendliness is becoming increasingly hard to find. I called today to place an order; there were four of us and everyone wanted naan, but the gentleman refused to make it. Making naan is a lot of work, and he was only willing to make a maximum of two. According to the website, you can order naan with every dish, but if you mention this over the phone, he won't do it. Furthermore, the gentleman didn't hear me well and snapped at me with the question: "Why did you say that then?" Well, I didn't say that at all. The end of the phone call was that I decided not to take my order of nearly 80 euros after all. Treating customers like this is simply unacceptable!!!!

Super tasty sandwiches and always fresh! 🥖🥪 The sandwiches are well-filled, the portions are generous, and everything tastes delicious. The staff is also friendly and the service is top-notch. You can tell that everything is prepared with care. Definitely recommended, and we will absolutely be coming back here more often! 😊

It's great that there is a McDonald's at the Dappermarkt, but… the tables could be cleaned more often… service could be better… and the food could be fresher (fries, etc.)

Disgusting place the food not nice and we saw a rat inside

I was in the area during the third week of August. I went to San Giovanni several times — the food was really good and the prices were very affordable. I really enjoyed it! Greetings from Brazil!

We took a break for a drink. We bought two Long Island Ice Tees and a beer. The drinks cost €14, but they contained no alcohol. The drink tasted like an Ice Tee, not like a mix of various alcoholic drinks with cola. I only recommend bottled beer, at least a reliable brand.

1€ extra if you’ve got to pay by card and no sauce with fires without paying food quality isn’t bad

Called at 4:00 AM, even ordered via their own website, and it wasn't delivered until 5:10 AM. If I had known this, I never would have ordered; the food is okay, though.

I ordered food. It didn't arrive, and now the store is closed. I lost my money! Never order anything from them. Dirty scammers. Update: I called Foodticket (which handles payments) and now I've gotten my money back!

I've never had such bad fish. You order kibbeling and they just throw it in the microwave. Never experienced anything like this before. Paid 9 euros.
