I tried ordering from this place through Thuisbezorgd and they never responded or delivered. I have paid but after an hour I couldn't get any form of contact with this place, still awaiting either food or a repayment....
Well, where do I begin? First of all, the food is fantastic! Every time I order, it arrives nice and hot, and when I pick it up, it's always ready right on time. A real 10 for the food, but also, what amazing staff! When I pick up my food, there's often a young woman named Trinita (if I spelled that correctly). What a thoughtful woman, and always so cheerful. New York Pizza, I've never been disappointed. Keep up the good work! Great team!
I ordered a pizza around 8:30 PM (and paid). The Thuisbezorg app indicated they were preparing my order. After 10:00 PM, I received a notification in the app that my pizza would be delivered at 8:46 PM, but that wasn't the case at all! Disgusting! You order a pizza, pay for it, and two hours later you get a message saying it was delivered a long time ago (which it wasn't!). Don't order from these scammers!
A good place for coffee and donuts on the go. Nice variety of donuts, consistently fresh, and friendly staff. Coffee is decent and service is usually quick. Prices are a bit high, but overall a solid option for a sweet break.
I'd had negative experiences before (it took hours, didn't arrive at all, etc.), but I tried again. What an improvement! The pizzas and cheesy bread arrived within 30 minutes and were still nice and warm. The delivery driver was also friendly. Fantastic!
Unfortunately, very disappointing – the coffee, the hot chocolate, especially the bread and butter, and the toasties. All the sauces were simply pre-made from tubes and not bread dips. The toasties had no sauce or any nice toppings. Sadly, not very tasty at all.
We ordered from them online, the food never came. We called them. They sounded like they were stoned on the phone. They didn’t even know where our order was and at the end said it will be 10 minutes. It never showed up. We called back. They never answered, and we never received the food. Terrible service rude on the phone. Would never use them and will never use them again!!

Delivered by a rude young man who snapped at me, but couldn't even greet me properly.
Then the food was very disappointing in terms of taste, and it was all lukewarm.

Before a football match, we thought we'd grab a bite to eat at this restaurant. I dine out regularly, but this was awful.
We ordered a carpaccio, which was a bit small for €16.50. It didn't taste particularly good either. But the last straw was the tenderloin skewer for €29.50. Besides being a skewer with four pieces of meat, these four pieces were completely cooked through. The skewer was sitting on a few slices of carrot and two mini baby potatoes. Luckily, I'd ordered a small portion of fries for €6.50.
By the time our main course (if I can even call it a main course) was served, I ordered a coke and a glass of wine from the young man, who was very friendly, but after 15 minutes, we still hadn't received our drinks. I then asked a colleague again, who said he would take care of it. Several minutes later, the young man came back to ask if we'd received our coke yet, to which I replied that we hadn't. A little later, he arrived with my coke and told us that the Pino wasn't cold and asked if we wanted to order something else. However, they didn't charge us for the coffee we ordered when we paid because we couldn't order wine. All in all, I think we were very unlucky this evening, and I hope other guests have better luck paying €122.
Ordering is very difficult. Three identical names. You think you're on their website, but then you get 10% off, and then it turns out you're ordering under the same name elsewhere, and they forward you. Higher transaction fees, so no 10% off. Searching on the correct website saves at least 10%. I thought I'd done well, but it turns out I didn't order home delivery through Sneleten. So, 10% off. I thought it was January 1st, so it's gone. Well, it is.
