De beste restaurants in Amsterdam

A truly lovely place to enjoy a delicious meal! Everything served was well-seasoned and beautifully presented. The service was friendly and attentive, without feeling forced. The atmosphere at Toussaint is also just right: cozy and lively, yet you can still have a quiet conversation. We left feeling very good and would love to come back again!

Uodate 2026,Sept The burgers are not great anymore, a bit overcooked. The vegetarian one was good so I recommend it. But it comes with fries and the portion is so small... It was more generous before.. Please don't be so mean for a few fries. You have a great reputation, don't start ruining it for a few fries. We also ordered the ones in a plate and also there, the plate was very much empty... ============= If you want to have a good pint of Guinness or cider, this is a place to be. The pub is big, I like the decor, especially the room inside where you feel to be at home, in a cozy living room. Staff is usually friendly. Too crowded when there is some popular sport event because they have screens to watch the game.

When we were asked on a Tuesday afternoon, after an hour—with three drinks and lunch—if we wanted another drink, I indicated that we were fine for the moment. The employee then said "that we couldn't sit there all afternoon without something to drink." Very premature and inhospitable. Half the tables were empty at that moment, too. We left then and have no intention of ever coming back.

The atmosphere is very cozy and the food was good, but unfortunately, the value for money was a bit disappointing for me. What I found particularly unfortunate was that during the last half hour, and even fifteen minutes before the end of our time slot, we were told several times that we were about to leave. This made the dinner feel quite rushed. The bill was also placed on the table before our time slot had actually ended. Unfortunately, this did not give us the feeling that we could linger quietly after our meal and made the experience less relaxed. All in all, a nice place with tasty food, but due to the rushed way the time slot was handled, I would not be quick to eat here again.

First time coming to Amsterdam and Jen is just AMAZING! She made my experience here 10X better. I came here 2 nights in a row and this has been my favorite bar so far. Come by and show some love! Jen is by far the best bartender in Amsterdam!

Very expensive, but absolutely delicious food, particularly the pork tacos. Cocktails were nice. Friendly and attentive staff. The vibe is nice and casual and I liked the music, but it's quite loud inside. The music volume was fine, but the space is so echoey that you have to raise your voice to be heard over the general background chatter of the restaurant. With their prices and popularity, they should easily be able to afford covering up some of those bare concrete walls and ceilings with sound absorbing materials.

We really liked their desserts, we'll definitely come back again.

I've never experienced anything like it, a day like this came over to me 6 times to ask if the food was good, what a top-notch restaurant!!!!!!! Highly recommended
