I used to come here often during my student days. It was always known for good and fast service. The quality has declined somewhat.

Dear Sir/Madam, I ordered a Mexicano sandwich with satay sauce. Upon receipt, it turned out that I had only received a Mexicano sandwich without satay sauce. When I pointed this out to an employee, she told me that I had not ordered satay sauce. However, I am certain that I ordered a Mexicano sandwich *with* satay sauce. Instead of resolving the situation in a customer-friendly manner, the employee reacted in an arrogant and unprofessional way. As a result, I did not feel taken seriously. I believe that an employee should handle a complaint properly and look for a suitable solution together with the customer. Unfortunately, that did not happen in this case, which was an unpleasant experience for me. It was a middle-aged woman, very arrogant and rude. Certainly not customer-friendly!

The owner makes comments that are unacceptable. Disgusting, and he hides that under the guise of a “joke”.

There are a lot of thief roaming around and also come inside and steal your stuff. The staff don’t do anything about it at all. They let thief come inside, take out food from the trash can and also let them steal people’s stuff. It should have been maintained better but because this is near Amsterdam central, a lot of pick pockets happen here. I lost my bag here.

Workers do operations with paper money at the desk and then touch my food with those hands without washing or using gloves. I wonder if they wash their hands after toilet

Not a nice Burger King, too crowded and too small.

Pretty okay, the food is fresh but not very special. Mainly a place for a quick bite.

Nice for break fast..they have nice breads..I would suggest to include spicy spreads for small breakfast.

Very tasty food, only a pity that the main course was already served while we were still eating our starter.

Bought 75 euros worth of drinks in the afternoon, 3 hours later we wanted to use the toilet, but this wasn't allowed “only for customers”. Had to pay 10 euros for 2 pathetic shots just so we were allowed to go to the toilet. This is a terrible place and…. Service!

Called after waiting 2 hours; someone answered on the 7th attempt and indicated that they still had to wait for a courier. The company arranges the couriers itself.
