The food is good, it's just a shame that the indoor furniture isn't really comfortable. The outdoor lounge set definitely needs to be replaced; there are protruding nails and rotten wood.

The food was cold, especially the soup; the grill wasn't cooked through, what a shame.

Had a delicious meal, very friendly, enthusiastic, and efficient restaurant staff - a rarity in these times of staff shortages! 3-course menu via Social Deal: good value for money, good portions, and allergies were taken into account well! (We absolutely do not recognize the reviews about unfriendly staff, but that might depend on who is working there).

The food was delicious. But we had to wait a really long time for our dishes. It wouldn't hurt to have someone come over to fix the electrical wiring. In many places, the wires are just hanging loose, with exposed copper.

We sat here for a while after cycling a bit. Great service and very tasty food, definitely worth repeating.

Unfortunately, not a good experience here. The food wasn't tasty, the service was poor, and we had to wait a long time for our food and drinks. They probably had a staff shortage. At the beginning, they forgot to activate the QR code to order food. So we sat waiting for about 40 minutes just to be able to start ordering. As a result, we were only able to eat for an hour in total because the kitchen was about to close and we couldn't order anything anymore. Because of this, we barely got to eat anything. A real waste of money. Not recommended for eating here; never again for us!

Really set up for a student city, food was tasty keep closing time in mind at 9:30 PM Then it's really over Lots of good dishes, hamburger tastes really weird and the steaks were almost like shoe soles.

We would also like to mention the dessert: the “brownie” — if it can even be called that — was like a piece of rubber sole: dry, hard, and completely tasteless. We pointed this out, but instead of apologizing or offering a replacement, the staff started raising their voices and said they would include it in the bill anyway, even if we didn't eat it. We just had dinner for two and experienced a lot of noise disturbance from loud guests in the restaurant. After 25 minutes, no staff had yet come to our table to order dessert. Subsequently, no staff came to the table either so we could pay. At the cashier, we indicated that we wanted to pay but could not order dessert, to which the cashier replied: "Oh, sorry." We were not compensated and were not given the option to order a dessert after all. Not customer-friendly. Never again for us at De Beren Woerden.

Nice cocktail bar with loads of potential (8€ cocktails on wed & thurs) and one of the girls was super friendly! but the service in general was extremely slow. It took almost 30 mins for them to prepare our cocktails? They also had a few missing ingredients..

This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I've ever had at this restaurant. The service was absolutely terrible; the staff were unfriendly and disinterested. We had to wait far too long for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and tasteless. To make matters worse, the tables were barely cleared; plates and glasses from previous guests were strewn everywhere. We've been to other locations before, but this was truly the worst. A huge disappointment!

Perfect with small children, service is a bit slow and unprofessional. Pancakes and poffertjes are tasty.

The service was very polite. I will definitely want to eat there again.
