De beste restaurants in Amsterdam

Really great experience here. The staff is friendly and helpful. Relaxed atmosphere. The ramen was good. I got the basic miso (€18) and the pork was thick and tasty. Portion sizes surprisingly big for ramen, it was nice to have plenty!

Lovely french restaurant on the canal tucked just out of the tourist traffic. We stopped in and had a perfect Sunday lunch. We were able to get the table in the large window overlooking the canal, which added a little extra to the experience. Joyce the restauranteur is attentive and has excellent attention to detail. The french wine list is varied and interesting. The trout rillete and escargot were perfect. Also, the little gem salad is hiding on the menu, but don’t forget to add this! Looking forward to coming back for dinner.

The staff seems lovely but seemed a overwhelmed. Otherwise it feels a bit like a tourist trap. We tried the pancakes which were way overpriced and ridiculously dry and chewy. Coffee was average and the music was very loud.

Good experience. I found it to be a worthwhile place for the price, especially considering the level of cuisine, the ingredients, and the service. The focus on local, high-quality produce is evident, with well-prepared dishes. The service was excellent.

Excellent, fast and friendly service, the food was really tasty as well! Would've preferred more soft drinks to choose from.

A five-minute walk from the station, it used to be part of the Gauchos chain, now XOW STEAKHOUSE. The location hasn't changed, nor has the chef 😊, but some tweaks have been made to the menu. The quality remains unchanged, but a contrasting offering, like a vegetarian option, would also be interesting—why not?

My wife and I had dinner here last night. Top-notch service and, of course, delicious food. And the dessert was delightful. We will most certainly be back.

There was a mistake with our reservation, but despite being fully booked, the team was still able to find us a table. We were incredibly grateful for their kindness and flexibility.Clay, who served us, was outstanding. My grandmother kept talking about how excellent the service was throughout the evening. Of course, everyone on the team was welcoming and attentive.The food was amazing, and the restaurant offers one of the best views of Amsterdam for both lunch and dinner. We had a wonderful experience and would happily return!

Lovely food. Fab selection of fresh veg to put in your pitta/salad. The garlic sauce with chips is delicious too!
