This bakery is located in the Hotel Jakarta; the coffee and croissant were delicious.

The food was delicious. We had the tagliatelle funghi tartufo, Romano pizza and Penne Arrabiata. Simply the best italian food!

It was perfect for hosting our foreign guests. Beautiful location and building. Friendly staff who actually spoke Dutch and English. Great beer. Food okay—nothing special, but nothing wrong with it. All in all, a successful evening.

We were dazzled by the large crowd and the appealing appearance of the restaurant in the heart of Amsterdam, which turned out to be a complete mistake. The initial impression was soured as soon as we sat down, since our glasses weren't clean and we had to drink directly from the can. The culinary experience was simply abysmal for both of us. The food was so bland and tasteless, the likes of which we've never experienced in any Far Eastern restaurant before – a truly dismal low point, made even worse by the bottle of Maggi seasoning provided on the table. Furthermore, we searched almost in vain for any vegetables in our dishes. Anyone looking for a good meal in Amsterdam should steer clear of this place, as there are far better alternatives.

Asking 10 cents for a glass of tap water is cheap even after i already ordered a seperate drink and food. No matter how delicious or not delicious your food is. I will not come again.

Had a great meal. Excellent menu. Hong Kong style food. Pricey for what you get, but that's Chinatown in Amsterdam. Well worth a visit.

During our trip to Amsterdam with my German girlfriend, we chose this place, which looked stylish from the outside and was on our way, thinking that a Turkish restaurant in a big city would also be of good quality. Unfortunately, we had an experience far below our expectations. The service was generally good, but despite the cloudy weather and the start of a drizzle, they only opened the awning outside for a minute and then immediately closed it again. Also, none of the complimentary bread and mezes that we are used to in Germany arrived. As for the food: The chicken skewers, for which we paid 21 Euros per portion, tasted good and came in two skewers. However, the portion was generally insufficient for the price. The salad that came with it was an absolute disaster. The rice was a scandal in itself; it was neither cooked in the Turkish style nor was the portion commensurate with the price we paid. The biggest scandal of the day was the stuffed grape leaves I ordered from the menu. What was brought to us as a portion of stuffed grape leaves consisted of only 4 pieces taken from a pre-packaged can. The drinks were served in small 0.2 liter bottles. Moreover, although I asked for regular Sprite, Sprite Zero was brought. We definitely didn't get our money's worth. I will never choose this place again.

A nice, well-decorated bar with a good selection of well-made cocktails. The prices are reasonable. The waitress was very friendly.

The smell of stale grease is awful, everything is very old and neglected, nobody speaks Portuguese, only Portuguese in name.

Not even worthy of 1 star! Yesterday, a friend and I were supposed to come here for dinner. On our way to Bangkok, due to an accident on the highway, we wouldn't arrive at the scheduled time. So I called the restaurant politely, assuming we could still come, albeit a little later. The gentleman who answered the phone indicated that it was extremely busy and that if we came, we would only have a little over an hour. His advice: just come and get takeout instead! To this, we replied that we would prefer to get the €25 deposit back and make a reservation for the following week. The gentleman indicated that this wasn't possible and that the deposit couldn't be carried over to another day either, and immediately hung up on me?! I am baffled by the rude treatment you can expect from this establishment. And judging by the reviews, I am not the only one!! Pride comes before a fall…
