Open the door to the night shift people.every night we get noise from someone trying to access the place to work but the door it’s close and they ending to hit the glass with the keys and shout. Bit too much for neighbours.

Hygiene is really very important here and much closer attention must be paid to it. When handling croissants, employees should always use clean gloves or tongs and not touch the food with bare hands. Hygiene must also be handled carefully in the kitchen. For example, it is not hygienic to seal garbage bags while wearing gloves and then continue working or touching food with the same gloves. Gloves must be replaced immediately and hands must be washed thoroughly. Good hygiene is essential to prevent cross-contamination and protect the health of customers.

Cozy atmosphere, sociable and friendly staff, and super delicious food! I recommend it to everyone for a fun night out.

While waiting for the train, I could eat a delicious lamb burger with a beer in a cozy atmosphere. The friendly staff works hard to make you feel at home. An address I will remember if I am still in Amsterdam.
