11 out of 10 across the board. Wonderful service, amazing food. Sit at the Chef’s table for a fun experience! Easily became one of my favorite restaurants in Amsterdam.

We were going to go to Glouglou up the block but it was a cold night and they only had outdoor seating. Then it started to rain. This place appeared like a mirage on the corner, with a couple of seats free at the bar. Lovely vibe, nice drinks, friendly bartender. Thanks for saving the evening!

Food: If I had to give it a rating, it would be a 7. Fish cakes lacked flavor. Pad Thai Kai had overly large chicken pieces. Service: Only Asian staff in the kitchen. Plenty of staff on the counter, but not necessarily friendly or service-minded. Food arrived relatively quickly. Atmosphere: Not Thai. The interior was well-maintained, but not Asian. Combined with the non-Asian staff, there was no Thai atmosphere.

I've been ordering exclusively from here for years for the tastiest Butter Chicken. Definitely recommended, consistent quality!

5:05 PM, just arrived at TORO ASADO with mats for his birthday and got a free cake. Pros: Friendly staff Good atmosphere Nice sofa We got a free drink. Sperips: Sweet and delicious. Hot and delicious, a bit too hot, could be a bit less. Barbecue not my thing. Fries were delicious and soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Cons: Dirty toilet. Drinks €3. Tables were a bit too large. Otherwise, great. I'll be back.

Food arrived almost an hour late, which the owner blamed me for as apparently my house number was missing (which they called to check only half an hour past the delivery time). Skipped the naan, and worst - used practically the same gravy for chicken karahi, soya chap masala and paneer tikka masala with varying excess of black pepper thrown over it. Sharing the photo to let you guess which is which! Never ordering from here again!!!

Rude lady at the counter! On Wednesday, November 22nd, I wanted to place an order. It wasn't indicated anywhere that card payments weren't accepted. She rudely told me you could only pay in cash. As if I could smell that! I had cash on me, but her tone made me leave!

The sweets were delicious and the shop itself was great, but the problem was the service. I walked into the shop, which was empty at the time. A sales assistant asked me what I wanted, and since I had just walked in and hadn't had time to look at the products, I politely asked for a few minutes. Although I was very friendly and even smiled, I received a rather unpleasant response. It doesn't cost anything to be a little kind and have some empathy. Fortunately, the other sales assistant was kind. I recommend that the owner speak with their employees because those of us who come to this establishment are looking to have a good time, not to be treated rudely.

The food was really bad, really weak. I wanted to try everything from the few options available, all of which were bad, and I deeply regretted it. The service was terrible. I'm always happy to visit Brazilian places, but she managed to really let me down. Experiencing prejudice from Brazilians abroad is a real pain... when she served Dutch people, she was much nicer. The price was expensive for the quality of the food. I don't recommend it and will never return.

Clean and fast but too expensive

You have to pay extra to use the bathroom, even if you've had breakfast and lunch there... Outrageous! And it's dirty to boot...

Good atmosphere, spacious interior and very friendly staff!

A great place for comfort food. Lots of choice, quite large portions, reasonable prices. And clean restrooms, which is also important.

Bad experience with the owner's service. Tap water wasn't available, the latte macchiato was a latte, and she wasn't willing to make something else, or she had no idea what that was. The pea soup was clearly canned. This place clearly caters to tourists. Such a shame! It's been different before.
