Dishes were overly burnt and overly spicy, prices are quite high for the quality of food you are getting. Atmosphere is probably “modern” but looks like very untidy…
The food was very good overall ! But when my bibimbap arrived, the dolsot was unfortunately not hot enough, so I had to send it back ! A bit disappointing at first, to be honest ! But once it came back, it was extra hot, just how it should be ! The rice was perfectly crispy at the bottom, full of texture and flavor, and it completely changed the experience ! In the end, it was exactly what I was hoping for and definitely worth the wait ! The corn silk tea was good , i recommend it !
Great experience at Flo's! The man and woman who were there today were so incredibly kind! Many restaurants could learn from them :)
I had the Vegan BLT (6.5), the pastrami (8), the brisket (6), and the chocolate almond (7.5). The brisket, in particular, needs some TLC. It's very bland, and the mustard is so sharp it shoots right through your brain. The pastrami, on the other hand, was highly recommended, as was the chocolate almond. Both had excellent flavors. The bagels may be a bit smaller, but they're very compact and filling!
I came here to play some pool they have great tables and the music was so good. Rikki and hans (hope I didn’t butcher the spelling) were the most amazing bar staff ever. We had so much fun with them and they were so welcoming. Come here if you want great pool, even better service, amazing music, and most importantly, delicious and cold beer
What an experience on a dark Tuesday evening in November with the full moon as guest, speechless 😍😍😍 The boatride, the staff, the night that gives it the mysterious feeling, the island, the lighthouse, the cozy walk down to the basement, the food, and once again, the staff - simply wow!
The whole experience felt like being in a movie. The (winter) restaurant is in the old fort with so much character, yet kept so simple. The food really mindblowing especially taking into account they use mainly old cooking methods. And the staff were so professional, friendly and open! We got lucky to be seated at the chef's table and watching them prepare 5-courses for 55 people in the smoothest way imaginable was a full experience in itself.
Cannot recommend enough!
