Attentive service, very good food and a lovely atmosphere.

The food was delicious, but very expensive, and we weren't even close to being full. The 0.2-liter drinks cost €4.90 each. In total, we paid €60 for two people and left hungry. It's a shame, because the food really did taste good.

A very cozy tapas restaurant; it gets quite busy, but even if you haven't made a reservation, they try to find a spot for you. The dishes are delicious, my eyes were bigger than my stomach. It is fairly pricey, but that’s not something to complain about in Amsterdam; the taste and service more than make up for it.

Excellent food, but be aware it's very noisy, difficult for children

Dinner date: Sept. 27th 2026 Waitress: Maya I took my hubby to celebrate his birthday. ❤️ Our waitress Maya made our night so special. She is such a sweetheart. It was our first time at this restaurant, and will certainly NOT be our last time. The food was absolutely delicious. The view is spectacular. My hubby felt so special. Thank you, Maya and shout out to the chef and cooks. You guys rock! ❤️

After a matinee at the De la Mar Theatre across the street, we went here for dinner. We had made a reservation, which I think was necessary given how busy it was. We were served quickly, the food arrived fast, but we certainly didn't feel rushed. A great place to come back to. Plenty of choice for a teenager and two adults, including one vegetarian.

Excellent service, highly recommended. We arrived early to visit Anne Frank's house and decided to have a drink. One of the staff members decided to practice his Spanish with us. They were very attentive and the price was good.

Not long ago I ate some fries here... they tasted pretty good. A while back, I went there for fries with peanut sauce... unfortunately, a very large portion of the fries turned out to consist of small, hard pieces! Really a shame! I mentioned it... 'well... it's the potato...' I heard. Nothing was offered as compensation! Then fries are 'Expensive'!! The service itself is decent. But it is not my favorite place to go for a bite to eat or a drink.

Le Pain Quotidien always succeeds in creating the cozy atmosphere. And this branch, particularly sits in one of the most elegant neighborhoods of Amsterdam. Spending time here will add to your mood. The food is always good, but the pastry cream in the eclairs could be way better.

Watchout .. The place is closed even thought it says open in Google Maps.

I don't understand the negative reviews at all... Nice ambiance, great location, super friendly staff, and excellent value for money! We will definitely be back!

Decent coffee and a good chocolate cake. Not much options on the pastries. But what I tried was good. Prices were higher, relatable for location at central Amsterdam. One point to mention, our cutlery was not clean.. May be not a problem for take aways. Service was friendly.

Fantastic! Delicious fondue, divine desserts, and incredibly nice people! Highly recommended!
